I am a dynamic, heart-forward leader who balances the demands of the boardroom and the living room with equal passion. As a Senior Director of Customer Service, I lead with clarity and compassion, building teams that thrive on service excellence and human connection. As a mother, I show up with resilience and love, raising future changemakers. As a Selectboard Member, I serve my community with dedication and vision, ensuring every voice matters. I am not defined by titles—I am fueled by purpose. There's more to do, more to give, and more to become—and I welcome the journey. If you are curious how I balance it all, I don't always do it well. My Career
I began my career in customer service in an unpaid role—eager to learn, contribute, and grow. Today, as a Senior Director of Customer Service, I lead with that same hunger and heart, now backed by years of experience building high-performing teams and shaping service strategies that drive real results.
Before stepping into leadership, I spent several years on the design team, where I nurtured my love for creativity, digital storytelling, and front-end development. HTML, CSS, and digital art have always been part of my toolkit—skills that continue to influence how I approach communication, problem-solving, and user experience. That creative foundation adds depth to my leadership, allowing me to bring both analytical and imaginative thinking to the table in every role I serve.
My Education
I hold dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Graphic Design and Digital Media, along with an Associate's degree in Visual Arts, all earned from Lyndon State College (Northern Vermont University). I completed this five-year program in just three and a half years—a testament to my determination, discipline, and passion for achieving my goals. In 2018, I advanced my education further by earning an MBA from Cameron University, equipping me with a strong foundation in business strategy and leadership.

I'm excited to share that I've officially joined the Women’s Leaders Association of Vermont! As part of the world’s largest network of women in leadership—with over 30,000 members globally—this association is dedicated to empowering women to lead boldly, grow intentionally, and create meaningful impact in the corporate world and beyond.
Becoming part of this dynamic community of solution-driven leaders and changemakers is both an honor and a privilege. I'm looking forward to connecting with other women who are committed to mastering their craft while honoring what matters most in life—balance, purpose, and progress.
